ARE YOU EATING FOR GOOD HEALTH?
You may feel reasonably healthy and think that you are eating the right things but the reality may be different. On an average many of us eat just over half the amount of fruit recommended by the world Health Organization and almost double the recommended intake of fat.
HOW MANY MEALS SO DO YOU EAT DURING THE DAY?
Do you usually eat one meal, two to three meals, or three or more meals a day? Eating one large feast a day is not very healthy. Nor is it any better to have a varying number of mealtimes from day to day. Ideally, drink as little coffee and cola as possible and get out of the habit of using these drinks as an all-purpose liquid source.
